Shipping and Delivery

All Shoes ordered through Pin-Up are delivered by Australia Post. We have two options for delivery-

Standard Parcel Post - $12.50 (shoes) $14.50 (boots) delivery in 2-3 business days
Express Post - $15.50 (shoes) $17.50 (boots) delivered next working day

As a special bonus, we offer free delivery on multiple sales. For example, if you order two or more pairs of shoes in the one transaction, you only pay the delivery fee for the first pair. What better reason do you need for treating yourself to that extra pair?

Pin-Up are also happy to ship internationally. Please email us for a shipping quote.


Returns and Refunds

At Pin-Up, we are confident that you will be more than satisfied with the quality of our shoes.
If you do wish to return your shoes, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange and pay for return of goods to Pin-Up. Upon receipt of the returned shoes, we will be happy to either exchange or refund your purchase.

Returned goods must be received in original, unworn condition. We recommend trying your shoes on carpet to ensure there is no damage should you wish to return them.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products or service, please do not hesitate to get in touch as we will endeavour to resolve any issue.
